I’ve had the Vibrum 5 finger shoes for about a week. I’ve been wearing them for at about one hour each day to get acclimated to no heal lift and almost no support. Today I ran in them for the first time and I really liked the sensation. After 1/2 mile I was naturally striking with the ball on my foot. After my cool down my calf still feels very engaged, I anticipate they will be sore tomorrow. Continue reading
